The Seventh Axis Committee at the College of Medicine meeting

On Monday 10/30/2023, members of the Seventh Axis Committee met at the college to discuss security and safety procedures in cases of disasters and the implementation of the evacuation plan. These measures come to prepare for confronting any situation that educational and administrative institutions may be exposed to, or to anticipate its occurrence, and methods for dealing with it by public safety specialists and training staffs to ensure the protection of individuals and the institution. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare plans in advance that include how to evacuate individuals in emergency situations and how to take the necessary measures to ensure their safety and security. Assistant Professor Dr. Delawar Abdul Hamid Ahmed, Chairman of the Committee, stated that these procedures are considered one of the requirements for obtaining accreditation, and the Committee will print instructive posters regarding safety procedures.
